How Can severe Leg Pain In A 5 Year Old Boy Be Treated?

My 5 year old son has B leg pain, unable to walk today, noticed skin on legs were dis colored, veins. Any thoughts. He has had a cold on and off with fever for last 3-4 days. On antibiotics a month ago for lung congestion. No fever today, leg symptoms started this morning. He says his legs feel backwards and he can t walk. Sensitive to dorsiflexion of ankles

You have to check a Neuropediatric doctor because it can be a symptom of some neurologic desease, like Guillain barre syndrome an autoimune post infection desease, of cadual lumbar nerves.
